Florida Trip Part 1: 3 days of Wizarding World before last year’s passes expire. G-ma really outdid herself making house robes and pillowcases to add to the magic! And the new Hagrid motorbike ride is AMAZING!!!⚡️
Special thanks to the best MIL ever who watched Robbie 5 days and took him to his various therapies while Autrey was at work. She is proficient in his feeding pump and was able to feed him quite a bit by mouth. It was baptism by fire with the entire G-Button getting caught on the car seat and yanked out on the very first day (bringing his total to date to 10, for those of you counting at home).😬 But she was able to FaceTime Autrey and put it back in with Allyson’s help. So grateful Mimi was willing to be me for a few days. It’s not an easy thing to jump into. I missed Robbie, but being able to focus exclusively on the older boys was a nice change in pace. I love my village!
Florida Trip part 2: 2 days (plus an additional early morning for the new ride) in Hollywood Studios (Star Wars Land).
Star Wars Land was everything I hoped it would be. The Jedi Training (see videos at the very end) was so fun for the kids. The rest of Hollywood Studios was a bonus. We were in the park Thursday, the first day the new Rise of the Resistance opened, but it was sold out on the virtual queue before the park even opened. We were devastated. Mom pleaded our case about coming specifically for that ride and Guest Services allowed us to come back Friday morning to attempt to ride. So Dylan, Colton, G-Ma, and I woke up at 3:30 am to ensure we could ride it and were out of the park by 8:30 am to go back to Wizarding World before we headed to the airport to fly home. THAT RIDE LIVED UP TO ALL THE HYPE! In fact, surpassed it. And Smuggler’s Run was a VERY awesome ride! Thanks, Mom and Dad for this magical vacation! #theforceisstronginthisfamily
