Batman Dylan's 6th Birthday Party at Altitude...and G-ma's Visit!

G-ma flew in to visit our family and be here for Dylan's 6th birthday.  She arrived on Veteran's Day and got us a flag to hang on our house:
Video of "I Love America" (The video of "This Land is Your Land" was too long for Blogger to post):
On Saturday we had Dylan's party at Altitude with some of his friends and family.  It's all he's wanted  for his birthday since January.  Thanks, Mimi and Papa, for helping us make that happen!:

We went to Dylan's school every day to have lunch with him:

GG Holdaway gave out full-size Snickers bars to her Trick or Treaters this year.  She sent some to our family with G-ma...which were immediately consumed.  Thanks, GG!:
 Last lunch visit this trip:
Her grandkids are pretty wild about her, too!:
#6 Batman cupcakes for Dylan's kindergarten class today.  Thanks, G-ma!

Cinnamon rolls AND Blue Bell ice cream! Oh, happy day!:
It was such a great trip, G-ma!  Loved having you go to playgroups with Colton, Dylan's Let's Play Music piano lesson, and our ward's Relief Society dinner. I'm so glad you were able to introduce the boys to clips of the original Star Wars on "The YouTube" and help us get started on next year's Star Wars Halloween costumes (so excited!!!).  Pride and Prejudice Sunday with a roast beef dinner was awesome.  Thanks for bringing banana chips, dried apples, and my favorite grape and pear fruit leather from Utah.  Also, thanks for making strawberry jam, Egg McMillers on "English's muffins", Pageant chicken, and 4 dozen cinnamon rolls to eat and share with very appreciative friends.  Speaking of which, I'm going to go have a consolation cinnamon roll now since I miss you already.  Can't wait to see you again!   Thanks, G-pa, for letting us borrow your personal secretary!  We hope to see you soon as well (no pun intended)!

Na na na na na na na na BATMAN Halloween!

We were a little Batman family this year.  Thanks, G-ma, for the Batman and Robin costumes! Autrey's Riddler costume he made is my favorite.  That was a tan suit he got at Goodwill for a work party the Halloween I was on bed rest with Dylan.  He dyed it green and sprayed the question marks on it.  Clever Riddler.

 Pumpkin ring toss game:

 The Hechts Superhero family:

And the Goolds (Bug catcher, butterfly, Captain America, and Fox):
 Wonder Woman and Catwoman:
Carson Winward, Giovanni, the older 2 Blue brothers, Will Shurtz:
The pumpkin designs the boys requested.  I would have thought Colt would have chosen Robin to go with Batman, but he surprised me:
Check out those muscles:
Dylan's storybook pumpkin contest entry on Superhero dress up day yesterday.  He did a good job on the Grinch:
Meanwhile, Colton and I went to the Altitude Halloween Carnival:
 Playing with Rogan and Jaxon:
Donut on a string.  He couldn't help but use his hands.  Party foul:
 With his buddy, Tyler:
 And Tyson:
Fun one-on-one time with my little buddy.  We won a prize for our costumes: Free admission to our next Toddler Time at Altitude.  Score!:
 Cute little pumpkin:

 This is Halloween!!!
