Red Head Ali and Best Friend Kyle Are Married!

 

I flew home from my family Utah trip on Aug 16th, the boys started school on the 22nd/23rd, and I flew back to Utah by myself on Thursday the 25th for an extended weekend.  It was logistically a bit crazy, especially being 18 weeks pregnant, but I did it because...

RED HEAD ALI AND BEST FRIEND KYLE GOT MARRIED!!! 

It was so fun.  Kyle came with us for our pre-wedding mani/pedis.  That was entertaining:

The girls hanging out the night before they got married.  Candace and I were the only ones that actually spent the night in the hotel with Ali that night...Candace was her hair and make-up girl, and I was there for best friend moral support. We tried to get some sleep, but that was near impossible.  And not just because I got the bed all wet. MY WATER BOTTLE TIPPED OVER...I SWEAR!

 

I was lucky enough to be Ali's escort in the temple and be with her in the bride's room on her wedding day.  She reminded me that this would probably be my only opportunity to do so, because I have all boys.  It made it extra special for me to be there.  My only mistake was accidentally handing her my used tissue instead of a clean one when she teared up in the sealing room.  Oops.  I was really tired.  Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Stocking:
