AMC Awareness Day, 4th of July Trip to New Mexico, and Tyler's Baptism

Happy AMC Awareness Day!!! 💙💙💙
Rare conditions and disorders are significantly less likely to be researched. The National Organization for Rare Disorders refers to AMC as an “orphan condition” because less than 200,000 people have it in the US (approximately 104,000, not taking into account the babies that die in infancy).
With a few exceptions we’ve been lucky to find, most doctors I’ve met don’t know a lot about AMC and have never seen it in person before they met little Robbie. His particular case is relatively mild but it still significantly affects his feeding, language, and motor abilities.
Spreading awareness means a lot to us! Feel free to share this post or tag me in one of your own. Thanks for all of your love and support! #BlueForAMC #Arthrogryposis #AMCstrong
