Our ECI PT just brought a gait trainer for Robbie to practice standing and walking without us having to hold him up all the time. Could be a game changer for him...and us!!! That face. Gah! ❤️
Robbie has such a strong aversion to food with texture after going so long without feeding orally that he's been gagging and throwing up every time, before he even has a chance to swallow it. Is it taste? Texture? Smell? 🤷🏼♀️ The SLP told me at her evaluation last week to let him play with it to ease him into it. He put some in his mouth just now. Even though he gagged he didn't throw up. 🎉🎉🎉
